4. User Responsibilities

5. Payments
- Fees are agreed upon before services begin.
- Late payments may result in temporary service suspension.

6. Ownership and Use of Deliverables
- Work we create (custom software, designs, advertising materials) remains Americarchi’s property until full payment is received.
- After payment, you may use the work for its intended purpose.

7. Advertising Campaigns / Social Media Management
- We manage campaigns on multiple platforms.
- While we strive for effective results, outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
- Clients must provide correct access, content, and follow the platform rules.
- Clients are fully responsible for all content posted on their website, social media accounts, including text, images, videos, and links.
8. Hosting and Custom Software Services
- Services are provided with reasonable effort to maintain functionality.
- Americarchi is not responsible for interruptions, technical issues, or data loss outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided as-is with reasonable expectations.
- Americarchi is not responsible for indirect, unexpected, or consequential losses.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that caused the issue.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice.
- We may temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts for policy violations, unlawful activity, or failure to pay for services.
- Outstanding fees must still be paid after termination.
11. Governing Law
- The rules in this agreement are interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
- Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in Utah courts or through arbitration.
12. Updates to Terms
- We may revise these Terms occasionally.
- We maintain the most current version on our website for reference.
- Using our services after updates indicates that you accept the revised Terms.
